Architectural Processing
The sole purpose of the following Architectural and Landscaping Standards are to maintain the architectural character of Monarch Cove, to keep the community attractive to all residents, and to protect yours and the other homeowner’s investment. Per the Association governing documents, owners have the ability to make certain modifications to their units. In order to do so, they must first submit an architectural application to the Architectural Review Committee for approval. If you are considering any modifications please download, print and complete the application and return it to South Coast Property Management. 

Architectural Guidelines and the Application are available in the document section of the Members Only area of the website. 

The Board of Directors per the CC&R's and community needs form various standing and Ad Hoc committees to assist them with community issues. If you are interested in serving on a committee contact South Coast Property Management. Current committees are:

Landscape Committee
South Coast Property Management serves as the Board liaison for the landscape committee and the Board of Directors make all landscaping decisions

The City of Dana Point City Council Meetings are scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at 5:00 p.m. (Closed Session), and 6:00 p.m. open to the public. These meetings are located at 33282 Golden Lantern, Suite 210, Dana Point, CA 92629.
