The association's fiscal year runs from January 1st to December 31st

The new fiscal year budget begins on January 1, 2012 and must be mailed to the membership no later than December 2, 2011

The association annual audit is mailed to homeowners each year by approximately April 30th.

The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012
